nooooo.

a while ago, i heard that pushing daisies might be getting canceled. i seriously love that show. i didn't think i would like it, and i didn't intend on watching it, but somehow i watched the first episode and fell in love. so i was disappointed to hear that it might get cancelled.

then today i got word simultaneously from two of my fellow lipstick jungle fanatics that it's getting cancelled! what the heck!?

maybe all of my favorite television shows getting cancelled is a sign that it's time to stop watching television again. during my first year of college, i watched basically zero television, and it didn't kill me. once i moved into my house, were i had an actual television set, i slowly started picking up shows to watch. and i slowly started spending more time watching tv. maybe less shows to watch means more laundry will get done around here. ha. right.

in other [more happy] news, i made excellent progress on two layouts during work today. i'm rather excited about that. i have to put on the finishing touches and add some titles, but hopefully by the end of the weekend i will have something scrappy to share. :]

it's super cold in the house tonight, so i turned on the fire. that always makes things seem so cozy and nice. it also makes me want some hot chocolate... i might have to go work on that. :]
